For your safety it is important that all heating appliances are fitted by a qualified engineer.  Installers fitting solid fuel stoves (i.e. wood burning and multi-fuel stoves) should be HETAS registered.  Installers fitting gas fires should be Gas Safe registered engineers.

Unlike many fireplace and stove retailers, we employ our own in-house HETAS registered engineers.  Not only does this mean that you only have one point of contact from start to finish but it also means that we are able to offer discounts on the price of fitted products.  In other words, if you buy your fireplace or stove from us and we install it, then you save money!  In fact, we are confident that you won't find a better price on 'like for like' fitted products.

Wet vs Dry Systems

Our installers are qualified to fit both wet and dry systems.  A dry system is a standard woodburning or multifuel stove designed to heat a room.  The term 'wet system' refers to stoves fitted with a back boiler which enables the stove to produce not only room heat but also domestic hot water or central heating.  Please contact us if you would like more information or to discuss which system would be most suitable for your home.

Take the hassle out of having your stove fitted with our Installation Packages!

Our packages include everything you need to get your stove up and running including flue pipe and componants and fulll installation and certification by a qualified HETAS registered engineer.
