Why choose a woodburning stove for your new builds?
As you may be aware, the recent changes to Document L have changed the role of the wood burning stove and they can now be used by new build developers to help achieve a better SAP rating. In addition to this, the recent focus towards energy efficiency and carbon footprints, not to mention the increasing costs of energy bills, make the addition of a woodburning stove makes a house more appealing to potential buyers. In response to this stove manufacturers are now specifically developing products to work in low energy houses. Boiler stoves are also a growing area of the industry whihc can be integrated into conventional heating sytaems to allow future occupants more choise as to how they heat their homes.
At Cut Maple Fires & Stoves we have a large choice of attractive and highly efficient stoves. Stoves such as the Contura, Varde and M Design brands are ideal for the contemporary new build market. Parkray, Dean Forge, Dunsley Heat and Drugasar stoves are suited for the more traditionally styled properties. The Parkray, Dean Forge and Dunsley Heat brands also have the added selling point of being British-made.
