Installation

We offer a fully comprehensive installation service.  After your initial consultation, one of our three in-house HETAS engineers will visit your property to undertake a survey and fine-tune your requirements and options.  We will then provide you with a detailed quotation for the full works requested.  All of our solid fuel installations are certified  and registered with HETAS so you can be assured of a quality, and safe installation.


Flue Systems

For most of our installations we use TechnoFlex Plus, a twin skin 316 grade stainless steel flexible liner manufactured by Schiedel.  This comes with a guarantee period equal to the appliance to which the liner is first connected, or 20 years.


There is the option to upgrade to a 904 grade steel.


For Twinwall installations we use Eco ICID which is also manufactured by Schiedel.  This offers the same guarantee period as TechnoFlex Plus.


Workmanship Guarantee

In addition to the manufacturer's guarantees on stoves and flue components, we offer our own workmanship guarantee.  This covers any failures in workmanship for a period of 3 years.
