Our installation services

We are happy to sell stoves on a supply only basis but the majority of our customers are also looking for us to install their appliance.  To make life as simple as possible we offer installation package prices for all our fires and stoves.  

Our package prices are subject to a site survey but include: 
the stove, flexible stainless steel liner (30 year guarantee as standard, 15 year guarantee also available), connecting flue pipe, register plate, bird guard/cowl, adaptor from flue pipe to liner, labour, HETAS certification. 

For your safety it is imperative that all heating appliances are fitted by a qualified engineer.  Installers fitting solid fuel stoves (i.e. wood burning or multi-fuel) should be HETAS registered.  Installers fitting gas fires should be Gas Safe registered engineers.

We can undertake your installation from start to finish!
We also supply and fit hearths and solid oak or composite beams to complete your installation.   
If you need your fire opening enlarged or reduced we can help with that!  You don't necessarily need to use builders or plasterers.

We are also able to help with the formalities of building control and listed buildings consent if that applies to your project.

Finishing touches

We also supply and install hearths and beams to complete your installation.  
We offer hearths in a variety of materials and finishes including made to measure sizes.

Many of our customers opt for a solid oak or composite beam above their fireplace opening as an alternative to a full fire surround.

No Chimney?  No Problem!

Its not necessarily a problem if your property was built without a chimney or the original chimney has been removed.

A double insulated twinwall flue system can be used in the absence of a chimney or a 'false' chimney breast can be constructed using fireboard.
